St John’s Foundation & Willats'

 

For over 20 years we have been the approved contractors for St. John's Foundation and Willats'. During this time we have carried out all aspects of building work from daily maintenance to complete renovations. A lot of the work we have completed for St. John's Foundation and Willats' include work to churches and a variety of Grade 1 listed buildings.

St John’s Foundation exists to provide safe, secure homes for older adults, supporting independent living with neighbours and help close by. Its homes offer residents a place of their own within a welcoming community. But housing is only part of St John's work. For more than eight and a half centuries, St John’s Foundation has adapted to the changing needs of the local community. Today, alongside its homes, it runs an activities programme for people aged 55+ to help them stay healthy and connected. It also provides financial grants through its Crisis Programme for people experiencing a period of financial hardship.

 

For 150 years Mr Willats’ Charity has supported churches across the country by making grants, to enable the appointment of lay workers to minister to the lowest and poorest members of society. We maintain their churches and properties across the City covering all aspects of building and restoration.
